PT Indo Raya Tenaga Provides Free Vehicle Emissions Testing in Earth Day Initiative

PT Indo Raya Tenaga (IRT) organized a free vehicle emissions test for company operational vehicles as well as vehicles owned by residents of Suralaya and Lebak Gede sub-districts. The activity was held from April 24 to 26, 2024, in the parking area of the Jawa 9 & 10 Project Site Office, as part of the International Earth Day commemoration on April 22.

The program was carried out in collaboration with PT Hyundai Andalan Cilegon. A total of 38 vehicles belonging to IRT employees and 8 vehicles from local community representatives underwent emissions testing. Vehicles that passed the emissions test received free certificates issued by the Cilegon City Environmental Agency, as recognition of their contribution to environmental preservation.

PT Indo Raya Tenaga Selenggarakan Uji Emisi Kendaraan Gratis dalam Rangka Peringatan Hari Bumi

PT Indo Raya Tenaga (IRT) mengadakan layanan uji emisi gratis bagi kendaraan operasional karyawan serta kendaraan milik warga Kelurahan Suralaya dan Kelurahan Lebak Gede. Kegiatan ini berlangsung pada 24 hingga 26 April 2024 di area parkir Site Office Proyek Jawa 9 & 10, sebagai bagian dari peringatan Hari Bumi Internasional yang jatuh pada 22 April.

Program ini diselenggarakan bekerja sama dengan PT Hyundai Andalan Cilegon. Sebanyak 38 unit kendaraan pribadi milik karyawan PT IRT dan 8 unit kendaraan milik warga setempat menjalani pengujian emisi. Kendaraan yang memenuhi standar kelulusan emisi menerima sertifikat gratis dari Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Cilegon sebagai bentuk apresiasi atas kontribusi dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan.

Bus Assistance for Joint Programs with the Cilegon City Government

PT Indo Raya Tenaga supports the Free Mudik program, an annual activity organized by the Cilegon City Government. The support was provided in the form of a bus donation on April 5, 2024.

PT Indo Raya Tenaga supported the Mudik Service Center of the Cilegon City Health Office and Pulomerak Police Station by providing meals for the officers, which was delivered on April 4, 2024.

Assistance of Cilegon City’s May Day Event

This activity represents a good collaboration between the local government, specifically the Department of Manpower of Cilegon City, and industrial sectors, aimed at supporting and creating a conducive atmosphere for the National Labor Day commemoration organized by the Cilegon City labor union.

Assistance for Landslide Disaster Victims

This activity is the company’s response to the landslide disaster at Link. Buah Dodol, Suralaya Subdistrict. The aid was directly handed over to the disaster victims in collaboration with the Suralaya Sub-district Government.

Clean Water Assistance for the Residents of Link. Cisuru, Suralaya Sub-district

In response to the clean water shortage experienced by the residents of Link. Cisuru, Suralaya Sub-district due to the dry season, PT Indo Raya Tenaga is offering support by supplying clean water to the community thourgh 10 water tanks to address the shortage of clean water on March 23, 2024.

Menanggapi kekurangan air bersih yang dialami oleh warga Link. Cisuru, Kelurahan Suralaya akibat musim kemarau, PT Indo Raya Tenaga memberikan dukungan dengan menyediakan 10 tangki air bersih untuk mengatasi kekurangan air bersih tersebut, pada tanggal 23 Maret 2024.

Electric Geo Assistance for Borehole Program at Link. Cisuru, Suralaya Sub-district

This activity is one of PT Indo Raya Tenaga’s efforts to address the clean water shortage issue experienced by the residents of Link. Cisuru, Suralaya Subdistrict, by determining clean water source points using the Geo Electrical method in March 2024.

Supplementary Feeding Program at the Posyandu in Lebak Gede Sub-district

Concerned about the health of infants and todlers, PT Indo Raya Tenaga and EPC Contractors of Jawa 9 & 10 regularly supports a supplementary feeding program in collaboration with Posyandu in Suralaya Sub-district, Lebak Gede Sub-district, and Salira Village. An example of such activities was carried out at the Posyandu in Lebak Gede Sub-district on March 20, 2024.

Peduli akan kesehatan bayi dan balita, PT Indo Raya Tenaga dan Kontraktor EPC Jawa 9 & 10 secara berkala mendukung program pemberian makanan tambahan bekerjasama dengan Posyandu Kelurahan Suralaya, Kelurahan Lebak Gede dan Desa Salira. Contoh kegiatan seperti yang dilaksanakan di Posyandu Kelurahan Lebak Gede pada 20 Maret 2024.

Green School Program: Learning Organic Waste Management through Maggot Farming

In commemoration of National Waste Awareness Day (HPSN) 2024, PT Indo Raya Tenaga (IRT) continued its Green School Program with students of SMPN 10 Suralaya by providing education on advanced waste management through maggot cultivation.

The maggots, which are larvae of the Black Soldier Fly (BSF), consume sorted organic waste to aid the composting process and can later be used as animal feed. IRT screened a tutorial video and introduced the Magobox as a live demonstration of the maggot breeding process.

Students also participated in an interactive quiz session following the educational activity.
Winners received attractive souvenirs as a token of appreciation.

Green School Program: Edukasi Budidaya Magot

Dalam rangka peringatan Hari Peduli Sampah Nasional (HPSN) 2024, PT Indo Raya Tenaga (IRT) melanjutkan Program Green School bersama siswa SMPN 10 Suralaya dengan memberikan edukasi mengenai tahapan lanjutan dalam pengelolaan sampah, yaitu budidaya magot.

Magot yang berasal dari larva Black Soldier Fly (BSF) ini mengonsumsi sampah organik hasil pemilahan, sehingga membantu proses komposting dan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pakan ternak. IRT turut memutar video tutorial serta memperkenalkan Magobox sebagai media pembiakan magot secara langsung.

Para siswa juga diajak berpartisipasi dalam sesi kuis interaktif setelah kegiatan edukasi berlangsung. Sebagai bentuk apresiasi, siswa yang berhasil menjawab pertanyaan kuis dengan tepat memperoleh suvenir menarik.

Green School Program: IRT and SMPN 10 Students Explore Bagendung Waste Management Facility

A group of students from SMPN 10 Cilegon, accompanied by PT Indo Raya Tenaga (IRT), visited the Bagendung Final Waste Disposal Site (TPSA) in Cilegon on December 13, 2023. The visit aimed to introduce the facility as a place where waste is processed into various useful and beneficial products.

As part of the visit, IRT also presented certificates of appreciation to students who won the poster competition. The competition, themed “Environment and Sustainability,” had previously been held for students as part of the Green School Program. The competition was held as part of IRT’s initiative to train and guide students in designing environmental campaign posters using Canva, under themes such as Say No to Plastic, Beautiful Oceans Without Waste, Save the Earth, Three Easy Ways to Save the Planet, and 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). From the submissions, five outstanding posters were selected as winners.

Green School Program: Pelajar SMPN 10 dan IRT Kunjungi TPSA Bagendung

Sejumlah pelajar SMPN 10 Cilegon bersama PT Indo Raya Tenaga (IRT) melakukan kunjungan ke Tempat Pembuangan Sampah Akhir (TPSA) Bagendung, Cilegon pada 13 Desember 2023. Kunjungan tersebut bertujuan mengenalkan TPSA ini sebagai sarana pengolahan sampah menjadi berbagai hal yang bermanfaat.

Di sela rangkaian kunjungan ini, IRT juga memberikan sejumlah sertifikat penghargaan bagi para siswa yang memenangkan lomba poster. Sebelumnya lomba poster bertema “Environment and Sustainability” digelar untuk para siswa sebagai salah satu bagian Program Green School. Lomba diadakan sebagai bagian kegiatan IRT dalam melatih dan mengarahkan siswa untuk membuat desain kampanye lingkungan bertema Say No to Plastic; Laut Indah Tanpa Sampah; Save The Earth; Tiga Cara Mudah Selamatkan Bumi; dan 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) dengan menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Dari situ, dipilih lima poster terbaik sebagai pemenang.
