Managing our project development as GM since 2017, Steve Adrianto have brought our power plant into commercial operation. Reporting to the BOD, Steve is presently chairing our Communication & ESG Committee as well as managing external issues and general matters, including completion of office building and power plant improvement. Prior to joining Jawa 9 & 10 project, with more than 30 years’ extensive experience and training in various Engineering & Construction project execution, Steve is an expert at project management, and throughout his career, he has experience being Senior Manager of Engineering and development project, project director and project advisor to many multinational companies.

Managing our operations and maintenance in 2026 as the Managing Director Operation and Maintenance, Lim Cheol Un has brought over 33 years of highly experienced as a Professional Engineer in managing across Power Generation Project such as steam and gas turbines.

Throughout his career at KEPCO and KOMIPO — South Korea’s leading power generation companies and his contribution at Cirebon TTP Project in Indonesia, he held two impressive National Professional Engineer Certifications: one in Machine Safety and another in Construction Machinery.

With strength and expertise in failure analysis, developing, and advising solutions—such as Identifying Root Causes and resolving all issues in the mechanical and engineering divisions and the ability to collaborate with Indonesian professional colleagues, makes him a valuable asset and key team member for driving shared success at The Jawa-9&10 USC Power Plant (2x1000MW).

Kang Nam Goo joined the Jawa-9&10 USC Power Plant in 2026 as Deputy Managing Director (DMD) – Maintenance. In a short period, he has successfully built a solid and capable team within the Maintenance Division to support the project as it transitions into full operation and maintenance.

With over 20 years of extensive experience and proven dedication, he has worked across large-scale construction, commissioning, and maintenance of thermal power plants — including projects in South Korea (Incheon CCPP, Sejong CCPP, Boryong Thermal Power Plant) and Indonesia (Tanjung Jati Thermal Power Plant).  His expertise will undoubtedly strengthen the Jawa-9&10 USC Power Plant, driving its continuous growth, progress, and long-term success.

Kim Jeong Hak joined Jawa 9&10 USC Power Plant (2x1000MW) in 2026. He brings strong confidence to work effectively as the project moves into its Commercial Operation Date (COD) and full operation. With more than 29 years of experience, he holds four certifications in Fire Safety, Fire Protection System Engineering, and Industrial Electrical Engineering.

He has proven technical and managerial skills, with key contributions at Boryeong CCPP, Shin Seocheon CFPP, Hyundai Green Power, and KOMIPO — where he served as General Manager. His expertise, leadership, and collaboration will help drive Jawa-9&10 USC Power Plant toward continued growth and success.

Joining our Jawa 9 & 10 project in 2020, Haryo managed our human capital, internal/external relation and general administrative matters for the first few years of his tenure and successfully managing Covid-19 in achieving zero fatality. As the project continued towards completion and commissioning, in 2022 Haryo successfully process the recruitment of substantially all O&M personnel and managing the critical processes of ensuring fuel supply management as a DGM, and he continue to do so during operational stage. Haryo is also the vice chair of our Remuneration & Human Capital Committee and a member of our Communication & ESG Committee.

Prior to joining Jawa 9 & 10 project, has a various experience in oil & gas and geothermal power plant as a senior manager of supply chain management and also project leader enhancing oil recovery surfactant polymer water flood.

Joining Jawa 9 & 10 project in 2023, Dony entered to project at its crucial construction and commission stage as a VP, aiding the Project Development team to achieve common objectives.

Prior to joining Jawa 9 &10, Dony has over 20 years of experience in power plants, Dony started his career at PLTGU Priok and gained experience thru varies position starting from an operator, environmental officer, asset management and maintenance planning. Pursuing his career and experience as Asset Management Manager at PT PLN Indonesia Power Head Office, Maintenance planner, QHSE field at PLTGU Priok and Maintenance Manager at PLTU Suralaya

Joining Jawa 9 & 10 project in 2022, Novti managed our procurement and logistic matters and during this critical period, successfully managed the administration of procurement, logistic and local content. He advanced to a VP position in 2025 to bring more success during the commissioning and operation period.

Novti has over 15 years of experience in Indonesia’s power plant industry, dedicating his career to PLNIP, one of the country’s leading power companies. Specializing in supply chain management, he has contributed to various high-profile energy projects.

As an advisor to BOD, Hanna joined Jawa 9 & 10 project since 2019 as she managed our legal, contractual and commercial aspects of the project from pre-financing to construction stage. She advanced to a VP position in  2024 and successfully managed critical commissioning path with PLN, bringing our project stage to a commercial operation conclusion and beyond.

Hanna is a seasoned in-house infrastructure lawyer with a strong background in managing legal and commercial aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects. She was awarded as one of the top finalists of 2024 Women Lawyer of the Year in the South-east Asia region by Asian Legal Business.

Prior to joining Jawa 9&10, Hanna held senior position at international corporate law firms of Herbert Smith Freehills (Jakarta) and Baker & McKenzie (Jakarta).

Managing our overall financing, corporate planning and accounting & tax since 2017, Rizky has been our controller financial matters and project financing as VP; Reporting to the BOD, Rizky is presently chairing our Remuneration & Human Capital Committee as well as managing internal matters, including RICC.

Prior to joining Jawa 9 & 10 project, Rizky has 12 years of experience in finance industry. He started his career at Bank Mandiri, Indonesia’s largest bank asset. In 2010, he joined Star Energy Geothermal, Indonesia’s leading geothermal energy producer, where he worked on several key corporate finance transactions. In 2016, he joined Hitay Energy Holdings, a prominent Turkish group, to assist Hitay on the development of geothermal concession area in West Sumatra.

Joining Jawa 9 & 10 project since 2024, Jaden advanced from international relation manager to a VP position in 2025 as the project enter commercial stage. We are lucky to have Jaden as our team to assist us in achieving company’s objectives.
Prior to joining the Jawa 9 & 10 project, Jaden worked in the Project Finance Team at KEPCO since 2013, where he was responsible for major overseas power projects including the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant in the UAE (5.6GW), the Moorside Nuclear Project in the U.K. (2.4GW), the Fujeij on-shore Wind Plant in Jordan (100MW), and the YONA/Magilio Solar + ESS project in the U.S. Guam (1GW).

Joining Jawa 9 & 10 project in 2021, Harris managed our accounting and tax matters as part of Finance team and successfully managed taxation and the accounting to reporting process. He advanced to a VP position in Dec 2024 to bring more success during the commissioning and operation period, with a broader role to include general administration, community development and security as well as being a member of our Communication & ESG Committee.

Prior to joining Jawa 9 & 10 project, Harris has over 11 years of financial experience, commencing his career as a business analyst at PT Astra International. He then transitioned to PT PLN Indonesia Power (a Subholding of PT PLN Persero) in 2012, where he served as a corporate budget planner and controller.

Joining Jawa 9 &10 project in 2023, Daryawan, has been expanding network with PLN and PLN sub-holding, as well as Korean business partners to ensure the success of project completion and expanding our organic business opportunities after the project enter commercial operation.
Prior to Joining Jawa 9 & 10 Project, with more than 10 years in business development, Daryawan started his career in Samsung C&T Corp in Seoul in charge of power development in Asia and Africa and successfully secured projects for the Korean companies. Upon return to Indonesia and assisting Samsung’s Jakarta office he handled Indonesian market development that include Power business, LNG business, Healthcare and Infrastructure business and Biomass trading.

Joining Jawa 9 &10 project in 2023, Tisna has aid communication and relationship with PLN and PLN sub-holding to ensure the success of project completion and achievement of company objectives.
Prior to joining Jawa 9 &10 Project, Tisna has over 31 years of experience with PT PLN (Persero). He started his service in PLN Group as an accountant analyst, and branch manager, leading the Administration Head and Customer Service Division, also the Head of Internal Auditors before he was assigned as Executive Vice President, General Affairs, at PT PLN (Persero). He was assigned as President and Commissioner of PT PLN Batubara in 2022.

Harlen is a seasoned energy executive and expert in primary energy management, with over two decades of leadership at PT PLN (Persero) and its subsidiaries. He has driven national-scale projects in power generation, coal supply, supply chain, and corporate strategy, including landmark initiatives supporting Indonesia’s G20 Presidency and rapid solar PV development. Recognized with national honors and trusted as a board expert in HAKIT and MKI, Harlen is a respected voice in advancing Indonesia’s energy transition.
