PT Indo Raya Tenaga (IRT) supported the Cilegon City Government’s free homecoming program by providing one bus with a capacity of 50 passengers bound for Purwokerto, Central Java. The send-off ceremony for the free homecoming program was held in front of the Cilegon Mayor’s Office on Sunday (March 15, 2026).

PT Indo Raya Tenaga (IRT) memberikan dukungan terhadap program mudik gratis Pemerintah Kota Cilegon dengan menyediakan satu unit bus berkapasitas 50 penumpang tujuan Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah. Pelepasan mudik gratis tersebut dilaksanakan di depan Kantor Wali Kota Cilegon pada Minggu (15/03/2026).

IRT Supports Cilegon Youth through Creative Content Training

PT Indo Raya Tenaga (IRT) held a Creative Writing and Content Creation Training at SMA Negeri 4 Cilegon, Suralaya. The four-day training, conducted from Tuesday, October 21 to Friday, October 24, 2025, featured a speaker from the media and creative industry — Banten-based content creator and writer, Ade Ubaidil.

This activity marked the launch of the Sembilan Sepuluh Inisiasi untuk Generasi Masyarakat (SIGMA) program initiated by IRT. SIGMA demonstrates the company’s dedication to developing human resources and fostering community growth through continuous and inclusive training initiatives.

IRT Bekali Generasi Muda Cilegon Dengan Pelatihan Pembuatan Konten Kreatif

PT Indo Raya Tenaga (IRT) menggelar Pelatihan Penulisan dan Pembuatan Konten Kreatif di SMA Negeri 4 Cilegon, Suralaya. Pelatihan ini berlangsung selama empat hari, mulai Selasa, 21 Oktober 2025 hingga Jumat, 24 Oktober 2025, menghadirkan narasumber dari dunia media dan industri kreatif, yaitu content creator sekaligus sastrawan Banten, Ade Ubaidil.

Kegiatan ini menjadi pembuka dari program Sembilan Sepuluh Inisiasi untuk Generasi Masyarakat (SIGMA) yang diprakarsai IRT. SIGMA merupakan komitmen perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di sekitar wilayah operasional perusahaan melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk berbagai kelompok masyarakat.

The award was presented in recognition of IRT’s excellent teamwork in addressing settlement matters throughout the construction and operational phases of the project. This acknowledgment reflects the company’s strong commitment to continuous improvement and long-term success, while also highlighting IRT’s outstanding contribution and value within the energy sector.

PT Indo Raya Tenaga (IRT) menerima PLN Collaboration Award 2025 pada tanggal 10 Juni 2025.

Penghargaan ini diberikan sebagai bentuk apresiasi atas kerja sama tim yang sangat baik dalam menangani berbagai hal terkait penyelesaian selama tahap konstruksi hingga operasional proyek. Assistance in Providing Sacrificial Animals

As part of its support for the local community during Eid al-Adha, PT Indo Raya Tenaga, in collaboration with the EPC Contractor of Jawa 9 & 10, provided sacrificial animals to the residents of Suralaya Sub-district, Lebak Gede Sub-district, and Salira Village on June 5, 2025.

Sebagai bagian dari dukungannya kepada masyarakat setempat dalam perayaan Hari Raya Idul Adha, PT Indo Raya Tenaga, bekerja sama dengan Kontraktor EPC Jawa 9 & 10, memberikan hewan kurban kepada warga Kelurahan Suralaya, Kelurahan Lebak Gede, dan Desa Salira pada 5 Juni 2025.

PT Indo Raya Tenaga Empowers Local Farmers Through the TANGGAP Program

As part of its commitment to environmental stewardship and community empowerment, PT Indo Raya Tenaga (IRT) launched a program called TANGGAP (Tenant Farmer Program). Focused on agriculture, this program is implemented on IRT-owned land located in Suralaya Sub-district. Initiated in May 2024, the program’s first planting activity took place in July 2024.

The program participants are members of the RETING (Revitalization of Hillside Crops Farmers Group), which was formed based on an agreement between PT IRT and the local community. The group consists of five members, all of whom are residents of Suralaya.
IRT provides capacity-building, training, and agricultural input support to each participant to ensure the program’s sustainability and success.

Berdayakan Petani Lokal, PT Indo Raya Tenaga Usung Program TANGGAP

Sebagai wujud kepedulian terhadap lingkungan kerja dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, PT Indo Raya Tenaga (IRT) melaksanakan program TANGGAP (Petani Penggarap). Program ini bergerak di bidang pertanian dan dilaksanakan di atas lahan milik IRT yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Suralaya. Dimulai pada Mei 2024, penanaman perdana dalam Program TANGGAP dilakukan pada Juli 2024.

Peserta program merupakan anggota Kelompok Petani Revitalisasi Tanaman Tebing (RETING), yang dibentuk atas dasar kesepakatan antara PT IRT dan masyarakat setempat. Kelompok ini terdiri dari lima anggota yang seluruhnya berasal dari Kelurahan Suralaya.
IRT memberikan pembinaan, pelatihan, serta bantuan sarana pertanian kepada setiap anggota kelompok untuk mendukung keberhasilan program ini.

Support for the ILP Program at Pulomerak Health Center

To support improved public health services, PT Indo Raya Tenaga donated two electric motorbikes to Pulomerak Health Center. This contribution reflects the company’s commitment to the government’s Primary Healthcare Integration (ILP) program. The donation was handed over during the official ILP launch at Pulomerak Health Center on May 6, 2025.

Dukungan Program ILP Puskesmas Pulomerak

Untuk mendukung peningkatan layanan kesehatan masyarakat, PT Indo Raya Tenaga memberikan bantuan dua unit motor listrik kepada Puskesmas Pulomerak. Bantuan ini merupakan wujud komitmen perusahaan terhadap program Integrasi Layanan Primer (ILP) yang dicanangkan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan. Penyerahan dilakukan bersamaan dengan peluncuran resmi program ILP di Puskesmas Pulomerak pada 6 Mei 2025.

PT Indo Raya Tenaga Promotes “Suralaya Waste-Free” Through Community Outreach

PT Indo Raya Tenaga (IRT) encouraged local communities and stakeholders to dispose of waste properly, particularly along the Suralaya River in Pulomerak District, Cilegon City. This message was conveyed during the “Suralaya Waste-Free Campaign” held at the Suralaya Sub-district Office on May 5, 2025. The event was attended by the Head of Suralaya Sub-district, representatives from the Cilegon City Environmental Agency (DLH), environmental practitioners, neighborhood leaders (RT heads), and residents living along the riverbanks.

The Head of the Sub-district, Sarmanah, expressed appreciation for IRT’s initiative and hoped for continued collaboration with the Cilegon City Government. A representative from DLH, Muhriji, who also served as a speaker, commended the activity and encouraged the community to gradually adopt proper waste management practices. Meanwhile, environmental activist Mad Haer provided education on the importance of understanding the sources and impacts of waste generated from daily community activities.

PT Indo Raya Tenaga Mendorong “Suralaya Bebas Sampah” melalui Kegiatan Sosialisasi kepada Masyarakat

PT Indo Raya Tenaga (IRT) mengajak masyarakat dan pemangku kepentingan setempat untuk membuang sampah pada tempatnya, khususnya di aliran Kali Suralaya, Kecamatan Pulomerak, Kota Cilegon. Ajakan ini disampaikan dalam kegiatan “Sosialisasi Suralaya Bebas Sampah” yang diselenggarakan di Kantor Kelurahan Suralaya pada 5 Mei 2025. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh Lurah Suralaya, perwakilan DLH Kota Cilegon, praktisi lingkungan, para Ketua RT, serta warga yang tinggal di sekitar bantaran sungai.

Kepala Kelurahan Suralaya, Sarmanah, menyampaikan apresiasi atas inisiatif IRT dan berharap kolaborasi ini terus berlanjut. Narasumber dari DLH Kota Cilegon, Muhriji, juga mengapresiasi kegiatan tersebut dan mengharapkan masyarakat dapat mulai menerapkan pengelolaan sampah secara bertahap. Sementara itu, penggiat lingkungan Mad Haer memberikan edukasi kepada warga tentang pentingnya memahami sumber dan dampak sampah dari aktivitas sehari-hari.
