Contribution to the Building of a House of Worship

In a show of care, PT Indo Raya Tenaga extended assistance to 80 orphaned children from Suralaya Sub-district, Lebak Gede Sub-district, Salira Village, and the Merak Islamic Boarding School Foundation with the distribution occurring on August 18, 2020.

IRT’s COVID-19 Support

PT Indo Raya Tenaga provided 2 units of Hepafilters to RUSD Cilegon and, in collaboration with PLN Group, donated basic food supplies to the communities of Pulomerak Sub-district affected by COVID-19. The assistance was provided on April 28, 2020.

IRT Peduli COVID-19

PT Indo Raya Tenaga memberikan bantuan 2 unit Hepafilter kepada RUSD Cilegon dan bersama dengan PLN Group memberikan donasi sembako bagi masyarakat Kecamatan Pulomerak yang terdampak COVID-19. Bantuan diberikan pada tanggal 28 April 2020.

Construction of an Evacuation Route in Lebak Gede Subdistrict

PT Indo Raya Tenaga supported the development of an evacuation route in Lebak Gede Subdistrict as part of disaster risk reduction efforts. The area is located near the coastline and faces a higher risk of tsunami, making strong preparedness essential. The evacuation route was an improvement of an existing path, designed to facilitate quicker, safer, and more efficient movement toward higher and safer ground during emergencies. The initiative began with a field survey conducted on March 9, 2020, involving representatives from the Kebon Pisang community to ensure local needs and site conditions were properly identified.

Pembuatan Jalur Evakuasi di Lingkungan Lebak Gede

PT Indo Raya Tenaga mendukung pembangunan jalur evakuasi di Lingkungan Lebak Gede sebagai bagian dari upaya peningkatan mitigasi bencana. Wilayah ini terletak dekat dengan garis pantai dan memiliki potensi risiko tsunami, sehingga diperlukan kesiapsiagaan yang optimal. Jalur evakuasi yang dibangun merupakan penyempurnaan dari rute yang sudah ada, agar proses evakuasi dapat berlangsung lebih cepat, mudah, dan terarah menuju area yang lebih tinggi dan aman. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan survei pada 9 Maret 2020 yang melibatkan perwakilan warga dari Lingkungan Kebon Pisang untuk memastikan kebutuhan dan kondisi lapangan teridentifikasi dengan baik.

Hereby we inform that one of the shareholders of PT Indo Raya Tenaga, namely PT Putra Indotenaga, intends to transfer all of its shares in the Company to another corporation which is still affiliated and under the same control as PT Putra Indotenaga.

Creditors or other parties of interests objecting the transfer plan can forward their written complain by no later than 14 (fourteen) days as of the date of this announcement.

This announcement was prepared and made available for public in accordance with the provisions as provided for in the Law Number 40 of 2007 regarding Public Limited Company.
